Prejuicio: Juicio u opinión,generalmente negativo,que se forma inmotivadamente de antemano y sin el conocimiento necesario.
A la hora de ilegalizar a Sortu, 9 jueces del Tribunal Supremo parece ser que más que abogar por juzgar, que es su oficio, se han dejado llevar por los prejuicios. Sin valorar nada de lo que tenían sobre la mesa de trabajo, en base a sus prejuicios han llegado a la rápida conclusión de que Sortu, era más de lo mismo, bajo otro nombre, con otras siglas, y que nada de lo que la formación argumentaba en sus escritos, podía hacer mudar esta creencia. ¿A esto se refieren cuando dicen que la justicia es ciega?.
Son los jueces quienes en su sentencia deben convencer a la sociedad de que esta formación política es lo mismo que ETA, no partir de la base de que son ETA y que no hay nada que les haga pensar lo contrario. Se presume siempre la inocencia de alguien, es así como debe trabajar la justicia.
Todo fluye, todo cambia. Las posturas inamovibles, alguna vez dejan de serlo. No todos los males tienen que durar cien años. Es razonable el escepticismo, no la cerrazón de “Los nueve del Supremo”.
Ahora del Tribunal Supremo al Tribunal Constitucional y luego al Tribunal de Estrasburgo.

En Cáceres se iba a construir (ya hay construidos unos cien chalets. Para un total de 550 viviendas, un puerto deportivo, hoteles y campo de golf), el macrocomplejo turístico Marina Isla de Valdecañas, en un terreno perteneciente a la red natura 2000, declarado por la UE como Zona de Especial Protección de Aves (ZEPA) y Lugar de Interés Comunitario (LIC).
En 2007, el presidente extremeño Ibarra, aprobó un decreto por el que se le permitiría construir en Valdecañas, al considerar el Proyecto de Interés Regional (PIR). Los ecologistas recurrieron y el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Extremadura les ha dado la razón.
Aquello no era un PIR.
El caso es que una de las personas que interpuso la demanda Paca Blanco está sentenciada. Este país nuestro es así. Denuncias algo ilegal, una acción ejecutada nada menos que por los que mandan, con consenso tanto de PP como de PSOE, y resulta que quien resulta amenazada es la denunciante. Todos los políticos dieron al visto bueno a reclasificar 1.340.000 metros cuadrados que pasaban de no urbanizables de especial protección, a urbanizables”. (more…)
Alemania es una potencia no solo económica. En las elecciones del 27 de marzo, los Verdes han obtenido muy buenos resultados. A los políticos les mata el cortoplazismo, todo debe ser inmediato. Así que el votante contagiado de las urgencias y la velocidad imperante, quiere ver resultados casi de un día para otro. Días antes de las elecciones los políticos de todas las tendencias se pegan la paliza para inaugurar el mayor número de cosas, muchas de ellas aunque estén a medio hacer. Lo que les importa es salir en la foto y poder fardar diciendo eso de “esto lo hicimos nosotros” “es obra nuestra”. Si comentan que necesitan más de una legislatura para llevar a cabo un proyecto pensamos que nos toman el pelo que lo que quieren es estar en el poder el mayor tiempo posible. Haría falta un pacto general de todos los partidos sobre cuestiones fundamentales, de tal modo que independientemente de quien gobernase hubiera aspectos intocables. Esto a día de hoy es una utopía. De vez en cuando muestran unidad frente al terrorismo, pero siempre las ansias de poder les pierden. El PP un día dice que los etarras son unos impresentables, escoria, que no se les puede creer porque son un atajo de mentirosos asesinos y el día siguiente afirman que entre creer al partido PSOE y a los terroristas dan más crédito a los segundos. No lo entiendo.
Vuelvo a Alemania. Los alemanes son conscientes de que si quieren que las próximas generaciones tengan una vida de calidad, pasa por hacer las cosas bien desde ahora. Hay que preservar el medio ambiente, cuidar la naturaleza, no esquilmar los recursos, incentivar las energías renovables, desincentivar la cultura del exceso y el despilfarro. No se trata de crecer hoy, mañana, unos años, sino que hay que pensar más a largo plazo y poner los cimientos para un futuro posible. Si solo pensamos en crecer ahora, entendiendo por crecer mirando lo que nos dice el PIB, osea el dinero que cambia de manos, a cualquier precio, cuando queramos enmendar nuestro error será muy tarde y entonces la política será algo ornamental.

Discurso de Obama en Chicago al saberse ganador de las elecciones
Cualquiera me cae mejor que el mastuerzo de Bush, Obama también. Este el discurso que dio cuando se supo ganador. Ójala algo cambie en América y también el resto del mundo.
Ahí va el discurso de Obama. No tiene desperdicio.
If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible, who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time, who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.
This is your victory.
The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even in one term. But, America, I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there. I promise you, we as a people will get there.
I will listen to you, especially when we disagree.
And, above all, I will ask you to join in the work of remaking this nation, the only way it’s been done in America for 221 years — block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand.
Let’s remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House, a party founded on the values of self-reliance and individual liberty and national unity. Those are values that we all share. And while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progress.
As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, we are not enemies but friends. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection.
And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote tonight, but I hear your voices. I need your help. And I will be your president, too. And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces, to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of the world, our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand.
This election had many firsts and many stories that will be told for generations. But one that’s on my mind tonight’s about a woman who cast her ballot in Atlanta. She’s a lot like the millions of others who stood in line to make their voice heard in this election except for one thing: Ann Nixon Cooper is 106 years old.
She was born just a generation past slavery; a time when there were no cars on the road or planes in the sky; when someone like her couldn’t vote for two reasons — because she was a woman and because of the color of her skin.
And tonight, I think about all that she’s seen throughout her century in America — the heartache and the hope; the struggle and the progress; the times we were told that we can’t, and the people who pressed on with that American creed: Yes we can.
At a time when women’s voices were silenced and their hopes dismissed, she lived to see them stand up and speak out and reach for the ballot. Yes we can.
When there was despair in the dust bowl and depression across the land, she saw a nation conquer fear itself with a New Deal, new jobs, a new sense of common purpose. Yes we can.
When the bombs fell on our harbor and tyranny threatened the world, she was there to witness a generation rise to greatness and a democracy was saved. Yes we can.
She was there for the buses in Montgomery, the hoses in Birmingham, a bridge in Selma, and a preacher from Atlanta who told a people that “We Shall Overcome.” Yes we can.
A man touched down on the moon, a wall came down in Berlin, a world was connected by our own science and imagination. And this year, in this election, she touched her finger to a screen, and cast her vote, because after 106 years in America, through the best of times and the darkest of hours, she knows how America can change. Yes we can.
America, we have come so far. We have seen so much. But there is so much more to do. So tonight, let us ask ourselves — if our children should live to see the next century; if my daughters should be so lucky to live as long as Ann Nixon Cooper, what change will they see?
What progress will we have made?
This is our chance to answer that call. This is our moment.
This is our time, to put our people back to work and open doors of opportunity for our kids; to restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace; to reclaim the American dream and reaffirm that fundamental truth, that, out of many, we are one; that while we breathe, we hope. And where we are met with cynicism and doubts and those who tell us that we can’t, we will respond with that timeless creed that sums up the spirit of a people: Yes, we can.

No soy partidario de los partidos que obtienen mayorías disolutas, libertinas, licenciosas, crápulas, depravadas entregadas éstas a los placeres y a los vicios mundanos, que entre tanto placer, acaban viéndolo todo blanco, perdiendo el norte, sin saber ya siquiera que es izquierda y que es derecha y corren el riesgo de disolverse, como parece que le ve a suceder a IU como siga achicándose, que hasta Coalición Canaria tiene los mismos escaños que ellos.
y el ganador es el !!!!rojo!!!!. España no se ha roto, de momento, y los socialistas seguirán cuatro años más en el gobierno.
No siempre llueve a gusto de todos. Así de descompuesta, rota por el llanto, ha quedado la niña de Rajoy, a la que algunos ya dicen que es socialista, con el 99,99% de los votos escrutados.
Esperemos que ZP no lo haga mal y este lloro sea algo episódico y no una pataleta diaria y continua.
